“My name is Eric Lawrence and I play in the band The Hot Tub Metal Machine. We were fortunate to work with Master Mystery Productions on their project, Closer to Heaven. As a band, this was an entirely new experience for us. We have played plenty of concerts before, but integrating live music with a dramatic production was new and exciting for us. Daniel and his team were endlessly supportive and accommodating throughout this process. We played three shows, during which we would perform before the play, during intermission, and at the end. We had a great time getting to know the cast and crew, and bringing our music to a live audience each night.
